I found a very good program a few days ago, and I love it!! It's DP Animation Maker
I made a tag using a kit from Bibi's Collection called BLACK MERMAID
And the tube is from Toriya called MY SWEET MERMAID
And then I used DP Animation for the bubbles and sparkles.
I'm just sorry, that the quality is not very good, when you save it as gif!
